
Key account manager (animal biosolutions) – Araucária/PR

In this role you’ll make an impact by
- Being responsible for managing and growing key accounts in Brazil ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with our technical services and marketing teams, where you will collaborate and align solutions with customer needs and market trends.
- Delivering assigned business targets related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost.
- Owning and growing customer accounts in the assigned territory, ensuring excellent service, support, and long-term partnership development.
- Driving revenue and margin growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the opportunity pipeline, and converting leads into sales.
- Working closely with regional technical services, regional marketing, and other functions to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and using those insights to refine sales plans and inform the broader team.
Other tasks
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to the key accounts operations in other countries or regions
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Industrial/Technical background
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
- Experience in the industry or region covered by the role
Expected educational background and years of experience
- Degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales management
- Proven ability to develop key accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated skills in driving revenue growth, commercial strategy execution, and effective forecasting.
Years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5-10
- Language requirements and proficiency level:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish language is a plus.
