Engenheiro de desenvolvimento de produto sr. (plantadeiras) – Piracicaba/SP

Responsabilidades

• Lead development projects for planting systems, from concept to field validation.
• Translate agronomic needs into technical solutions applicable to planter equipment.
• Design and develop components and complete systems using Creo (3D CAD).
• Manage product data and processes through Teamcenter (PLM).
• Conduct field testing to validate performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure technical and strategic alignment.
• Available for domestic and international travel as required by project demands.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Proven experience in planter design projects, with direct involvement in the development and implementation of planting systems.
  • Hands-on field experience, with the ability to interpret and apply agronomic requirements into technical solutions.
  • Track record of developing complete planting systems, from concept to field validation.
  • Strong background in structural design, including welded assemblies, hydraulic systems, hydraulic hose routing, and electrical harnesses.
  • Proficient in Creo (3D CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM).
  • Skilled in engineering methodologies and tools such as DFMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, and PI (Process Improvement).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Agricultural, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proactive mindset, with the initiative to propose solutions and anticipate challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking and technical autonomy to lead projects responsibly.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Availability to work in Piracicaba and participate in field tests.
  • Flexibility for domestic and international travel, depending on project needs.
