                    Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from active prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers, acting as a reference point for ABB solutions in the agribusiness segment.
- Communicate critical information regarding delivery times, commercial conditions, payments, and contractual terms, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Promote ABB’s value proposition, highlighting the technical and financial benefits of Motion solutions for irrigation and automation systems.
- Map market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new regions and customers, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Support administrative and financial processes, including order tracking, collection support, and interface with project management.
- Act as a technical-commercial consultant, identifying specific customer needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Represent ABB at industry events and trade shows, strengthening brand presence and expanding the network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales and B2B business development.
- Hunter profile, with strong skills in prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Solid background in the agribusiness market, especially in irrigation systems.
- Availability for frequent travel and fieldwork (front sales).
- Valid driver’s license and mobility to serve customers in different regions.
- Residence in Goiás or neighboring states (Central-West region).
Differentials
- Knowledge of ABB Motion’s portfolio (motors, drives, energy efficiency solutions).
- Experience in selling technical or industrial automation solutions.
