Responsabilidades
- Manage sales operations in the regions under your responsibility, focusing on growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Develop new business and strategic clients, strengthening relationships with distribution channels.
- Manage strategic deals and support commercial policies definitions.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies, aligned with corporate planning.
- Monitor commercial indicators, products performance, and results.
Requisitos
- Educação: Agronomist (mandatory).
- Experiência e Conhecimento
- Solid experience in commercial management and sales in agribusiness in inputs, especially with distribution channels.
- Proven long and solid experience in the agrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural market in the Central-West, North, and Northeast regions.
- Proven experience in negotiating with key distributors within these regions.
- Disponibilidade: frequent travel.
- Idioma: Advanced English (mandatory).
