Responsabilidades
- Account Management & Growth
- Manage commercial activities for assigned commercial accounts, to achieve continuous product growth in accordance with quarterly and annual objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead solution development, especially in tank mix distribution channel: regional distributors, dealers and direct accounts.
- Maintain contact with Technical / marketing team to discuss opportunities for introducing new products.
- Develops new market segments by providing performance information and training to distribution channels AND farmers.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Technical & Commercial Execution
- Translate customer needs into actionable commercial strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver differentiated offerings.
- Lead pricing discussions, sales policies, discounts, deadline and contract negotiations.
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
- Monitor account performance and drive profitability.
- Contribute to business reviews and strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Share customer insights to inform product and service improvements.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Leadership & Influence
- Represent sales in internal forums and customer engagements.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agronomic engineering.
- Experience in strategic account management and commercial execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Minimum +7 years’ experience in the market- segment – agriculture distributors management.
- English / Spanish professional, Native or Portuguese.
- Based in Brazil / available for travel in Brazil.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Experience in the market-segment – agriculture distributors management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, forecasting systems, and commercial analytics.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
