Responsabilidades
- Prospect and identify new opportunities to expand market demand, strengthen brand presence, and boost profitability.
- Monitor territory performance, ensuring proper coverage, sequence, and frequency of customer visits to achieve sales targets.
- Act as a consultant to commercial and cross-functional teams, supporting projects and client needs.
- Define and implement commercial strategies to meet sales goals, aligned with the strategic plan for the product portfolio.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and government/private sector partners.
- Monitor competitor actions and market trends to anticipate risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and internal policies throughout all sales activities.
- Maintain a positive brand image within the animal healthcare industry, promoting customer happiness and dedication.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
- Previous experience in commercial roles, desirable across the veterinary industry.
- Fluent English.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Solid knowledge of B2B sales logistics.
- Proficiency with IT tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
