Responsabilidades

• Responsible for developing new business models based on nature positive and regenerative agriculture.
• Develop tailored value proposition that meet the needs of food value chain, seeking to maximize the ROI of the farmers and add value for the stakeholders (food companies, cooperatives, distributors, and traders).
• Develop partnerships within Arabic Coffee and other crops value chain (focused on food companies, cooperatives, distributors and traders).
• Responsible for coordinating and implementing projects under the job scope.
• Ensure stakeholders management with empresa’s business areas.
• To be a reference in regenerative agriculture and carbon emissions related to fertilizers.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Spirit of collaboration, proactivity, curiosity, sense of responsibility, and respect for differences.
  • Completed degree in Agronomy/Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, or related areas.
  • Strong experience working with coffee.
  • Experience in project management and interaction with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the agricultural sector.
  • Ability to work independently, while engaging and mobilizing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • MBA, master’s, or doctorate in agronomy, sciences, biology, ecology, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge or previous experience in Sales.
