Responsabilidades

• Own the Brazil grains procurement strategy, ensuring competitive cost, supply security and long-term value creation for the business.
• Lead a high-impact organization responsible for one of the largest cost components in Brazil, balancing market volatility, risk management and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams, influencing decisions across P&L, logistics strategy, hedging and capital deployment.
• Drive transformation and innovation across sourcing, logistics, supplier models and ways of working.
• Develop and empower a growing leadership team, strengthening autonomy, financial acumen and decision-making capability.
• Represent the function at executive level, contributing to strategic discussions beyond procurement and shaping the broader Brazil business agenda.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Agribusiness or related fields.
• Strong experience in agribusiness, supply chain, procurement, origination, trading or commodities logistics.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in matrix organizations.
• Experience managing significant costs, P&L exposure and business risk.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is desirable.
