Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute annual sales plan in accordance with sales targets and customer assignments (strategy, action plan/KPIs, and monitoring).
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets defined by territory/market segment/distributors.
- Conduct in-person/virtual visits to prospect new customers and applications, intensifying the generation of opportunities.
- Efficiently manage hardware sales pipeline.
- Continuously follow up on quotes sent.
- Keep information updated in the customer relationship system (CRM – Salesforce.com), as well as in the installed base database, and prepare the monthly sales forecast accurately.
- Implement and execute sales tactical plans to replace obsolete equipment, promoting the advantages and benefits of new products.
- Promote service products (preventive maintenance, calibration, qualification) to increase the number of service contracts.
- Negotiate local commercial agreements with key customers, including suppliers/distributors/end customers, as well as ensure annual renewals with legal approvals from both companies.
- Strengthen knowledge sharing about the market and competition, based on collected information.
- Manage discounts according to the product positioning strategy.
- Participate in and lead technical trainings, seminars, and participation in major commercial events.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Technical sales experience with laboratory products, preferably in the instrument sector.
- Hunter profile, continuously seeking new sales opportunities for equipments.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with passion for sales and customer success.
- Ready and available to travel (50% of the time).
- Fluent in English.
