Responsabilidades
- Develop and manage strategic distributor partnerships across Brazil/LATAM.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion through effective channel management.
- Lead joint business planning and execution with distribution partners to achieve commercial objectives.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline performance, ensuring business targets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement channel optimization initiatives to maximize market reach and business performance.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and distributor/channel management.
- Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Experience managing strategic accounts, commercial KPIs, and sales performance.
- Previous experience leading and developing teams (People Management).
- Native-level Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Spanish is a plus.
