Responsabilidades
- Learn and support regulatory intelligence activities across Latin America by monitoring updates, organizing information, and helping the team understand impacts on products and customers.
- Support internal teams and customers with clear, reliable regulatory information related to product status, documentation, labeling, and compliance (with senior guidance).
- Maintain regulatory databases, reports, dashboards, and documentation repositories so that information is accurate, easy to find, and useful for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing, compiling, formatting, and organizing regulatory dossiers, notifications, certificates, customer documentation, and authority-related materials.
- Contribute to digitalization and process improvement by helping update templates, trackers, workflows, and simple reporting tools.
- Help prepare internal communications, training materials, and business updates that make regulatory topics easier to understand for different audiences.
- Take part in a structured learning journey, building technical knowledge, business understanding, and confidence to gradually take on broader regulatory responsibilities.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Natural Sciences (recent graduates are welcome).
- Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Food Science, R&D, Technical Service, documentation, or another regulated environment.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Portuguese and English required.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to compliance, high integrity, and a collaborative, service-minded approach.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Spanish is a plus.
- Prior experience with food ingredients, enzymes, cultures, probiotics, labeling, dossiers, or LATAM regulations.
- Interest in digital tools, databases, dashboards, process improvement, and data quality.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical or regulatory information clearly.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-changing regional environment.
