Application specialist I – Paraná [remote]

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, validation, and customer training for laboratory instruments and applications.
• Provide technical and scientific support, troubleshooting customer issues and optimizing laboratory workflows.
• Partner with the Sales team to support product demonstrations and business opportunities.
• Represent a empresa at scientific events and customer trainings as a technical expert.
• Prepare technical documentation and share best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Biomedical Sciences.
• Experience in laboratory activities.
• Technical/intermediate English.
• Availability to travel frequently within the Paraná region, South of Brazil, and other regions, when applicable.
