Regional technical manager ruminants – Brazil

Responsabilidades

Provide regional technical input to the Global Franchise Plan and ensure alignment with Global Marketing/GMC guidelines.
Support regional priorities with technical expertise, including launches and strategic accounts.
Lead onboarding and continuous development of regional technical teams and distributors.
Ensure effective implementation of technical services in coordination with Digital Health and local franchises.
Identify needs for post‑marketing trials, support related publications, and participate in results presentations.
Act as the regional technical reference for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and local technical trials.
Contribute to technical content for regional events and the company’s University.
Maintain consistent two‑way communication with global marketing and regional teams.

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Experience with vaccines or biological products in the ruminants animal health sector.
- Solid understanding of veterinary clients and market dynamics.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with key customers and technical influencers.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating scientific knowledge into practical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams, contributing to campaigns, product launches and positioning, and technical content.
- Proactive and organized, supporting cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Postgraduate or a Master’s degree are considered a strong asset.
- International experience is a strong asset, preferably having worked in countries across the Americas.
