Sourcing & sustainability project manager – Ilhéus e Itabuna/BA

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment and eligibility verification, ensuring alignment with program standards.
• Define and implement methodologies, standards and tools for project management in collaboration with sourcing & sustainability team.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to project performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project managers.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure projects comply with best practices and defined processes.
• Create and maintain management reports, ensuring visibility on project status and progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the project portfolio.
• Provide training and workshops to train the team in project management tools and processes.
• Manage and prioritize resource demands across different projects.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Exhibit organization and attention to detail.
• Practice collaborative leadership and results orientation.
• Ability to work in dynamic and pressure-driven environments.
• Create, update and manage departmental budgets and project proposals.
• Track costs and allocate resources to ensure projects remain within budget while achieving sourcing & sustainability targets.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Solid experience in Project Management and Technical Leadership Skills.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills change management.
• Thorough understanding of business processes, operations, and external environments, including competitor trends.
• Mandatory Advanced English / Spanish is a plus.
