Your key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor a robust global quality performance governance for the KGAs;
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, priorities, challenges and opportunities that impact performance;
- Provide support in defining medium to long-term corrective and preventative actions to continuously upskill the Quality & Food Safety System and reinforce its strength;
- Coordinate the key quality activities related to KGAs and standardize practices across the regions and sites;
- Support crisis and incident management involving KGAs on quality related issues;
- Communication, negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders to influence and gain alignment on the short and long-term operational improvement projects and priorities;
- Prepare and present KGA reports on global and regional quality performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management;
- Strongly support the KGAs Quality SPOCs (Single Point of Contacts) on quality matters.
You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Microbiology or equivalent scientific discipline;
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance implementing and maintaining Quality and Food Safety Systems;
- Extensive background in the food and beverages industry and/or flavor industry;
- Experience in food safety and quality certifications (HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP standards, etc.) highly preferred;
- Experience in Auditing and training;
- Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-country environment preferred;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and address data and complex technical issues;
- Green belt or equivalent certification preferred;
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, technological and written communication skills;
- Fluency in English is essential;
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
