MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Flagchem’s presence in Brazil
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and large-scale farmers, driving sales and exploring new revenue streams
- Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to ensure product registrations comply with Brazilian agrochemical regulations
- Manage portfolio strategy to meet market needs
- Build up the market access strategy
- Monitor market conditions and sales data to support business growth strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Agronomy, or related fields.
- Experience and knowledge:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the agrochemical industry
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian agrochemical market and regulatory environment
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and lead market access initiatives
- Experience managing product portfolios and driving revenue growth
- Willingness to travel within Brazil
- Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
