Key Responsibilities

• Review & Validation:
  • Evaluate Q&A sets generated by LLMs, human experts, or synthetic methods.
  • Ensure Q&A quality aligns with predefined criteria for accuracy, clarity, and contextual relevance.
  • Provide feedback for improving Q&A structure and content.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other reviewers, validators, and project teams to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.
  • Participate in trial runs to refine workflows and time requirements.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Use dashboards to track review progress, maintain transparency, and address issues promptly.

Qualifications/ Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, or related fields.
• Familiarity with digital tools for reviewing and validating Q&A sets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in integrating gender and climate perspectives into agricultural practices.
