Responsabilidades

Work on the design, implementation, and consolidation of a Biofoundry for the production of molecules of pharmaceutical interest (chemical substances and proteins).
Plan and develop strategies for the production of biosynthetic products via biotechnological pathways.
Develop complex genetic constructs and perform activities related to the cloning of biosynthetic genes.
Use of automation tools for synthesis, cloning, clonal selection, evaluation of biosynthetic products, and optimization of heterologous strains.
Propose and implement new technological solutions, contributing specialized knowledge to the development of the platform.
Work collaboratively with teams in molecular pharmacology, automation, computing, and other related research areas.
Establish and strengthen interactions with collaborators and national and international research networks.
Prepare technical reports, analyses, presentations, and scientific documentation related to the projects.

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Completed postdoctoral studies in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in cloning biosynthetic genes and constructing complex genetic systems.
- Experience with automation applied to Biofoundry platforms or biotechnological processes.
- Fluent in English.
QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Previous experience on Biofoundries.
- Knowledge of biosynthesis, biocatalysis, and synthetic biology.
- Experience in implementing new technological platforms or scientific infrastructure.
