
Brazil commercial manager – Goiânia/GO

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the commercial and technical managers team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and results;
- Monitor and evaluating commercial and service performance KPIs, ensuring high quality standards;
- Identify and implementing improvements in commercial processes, with a focus on efficiency and sustainable results;
- Develop teams and promoting ongoing training and capacity building;
- Plan strategies for prospecting new business and expanding the customer base;
- Identify and understand the main accounts in each sales territory in order to boost sales;
- Accompany visits to major accounts;
- Manage human resources as necessary, with guidance from the management team and the Executive Director;
- Manage individual and collective goals, supporting the team in overcoming challenges and achieving results;
- Coordinate team and individual follow-up meetings to analyze performance and implement the action plan;
- Coordinate and distributing monthly contribution reports and sales figures.
Required
- Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or Agronomic Engineering degree
- At least 5 years’ experience as National Manager in animal nutrition companies
- Fluent English (conversation and writing). The candidate will be interviewed in English.
- Understand contribution reports and profit and loss statements
