Responsabilidades
- Develop and expand the company’s business activities across the Goiás and MATOPIBA regions.
- Manage the commercial operation within the assigned territory.
- Prospect and develop new distributors and strategic customers.
- Conduct commercial negotiations in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies focused on market growth and business development.
- Strengthen relationships with distribution channels and key accounts within the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Track commercial performance indicators and regional results.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the viability of commercial operations.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
- Report business results, market opportunities, and commercial developments to leadership.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
- Advanced English skills required for communication with international leadership.
- Proven experience within the agrochemical industry.
- Strong background in commercial management and business development within agribusiness.
- Experience working with agricultural distribution channels.
- Proven track record in negotiating with distributors, cooperatives, and key accounts.
- Knowledge of the agricultural market in Goiás and MATOPIBA.
- Experience with crop protection products (agrochemicals).
- Experience in opening and developing commercial territories.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance indicators and manage business results.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- MBA, postgraduate degree, or specialization.
