Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors, key customers and stakeholders in the animal feed industry.
- Manage product sales and sales processes with key customers and distributors.
- Participate in setting objectives and executing plans for sales, product forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and R&D efforts.
Requirements
- A strong technical understanding of feed and livestock industries, with proven experience in animal nutrition or feed additives.
- A PhD or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or Zootechnics.
- Experience in sales management, with strong skills in leading and motivating commercial teams.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding commercial objectives.
- Experience in animal production essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Innovative thinker with a practical approach to execution, coupled with strong organizational skills, flexibility, and self-motivation.
