Responsabilidades
- Lead the execution of dealer retail processes within the assigned region to ensure delivery of the sales plan agreed upon between the factory and the dealer network.
- Analyze the market conditions in the region, segmenting by product, crop, competition, and customers.
- Define the regional commercial policy in line with the pre-approved discount framework.
- Manage product demonstrations in collaboration with the Tactical Marketing team.
- Participate in regional events and trade shows.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Agricultural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the Commercial area.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and products.
- Experience in supporting and managing dealer/distribution networks.
- Availability to travel.
- Based in the state of Mato Grosso.
