Responsabilidades

• Lead business strategy and ensure market growth and profitability.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring performance against KPIs.
• Oversee sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring delivery of results.
• Align local marketing initiatives with global strategies.
• Provide technical support and training to distributors and key partners.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the local team for high performance.

Requisitos

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Agronomy, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience and knowledge: Proven leadership experience within distributor-driven environments, develop and execute business strategies, with solid background in sales, marketing, and technical support; P&L and budget management required. Solid knowledge of Crop Protection sector (biologicals products).
• Language: Fluent English (mandatory).
• Workplace: Brazil.
