Country manager – São Paulo/SP

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow profitable market share for the company’s products in Brazil through strategic sales and customers development.
• Develop and implement the country commercial and operational plan, including sales forecasts and KPIs.
• Oversee local operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency and alignment with global standards.
• Negotiate strategic accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to build the strategic plan and tactical actions.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Education: Agronomy.
  • Proven experience in agrochemicals & crop protection business.
  • Extensive experience in the agrochemical & crop protection industries, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of Brazilian Crop Protection market, crops dynamics and market access strategies.
  • Language: Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Availability: for extensive travel and residence in Brazil.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • Education: Business or Agribusiness – MBA – preferred.
  • Differential to have solid & long experience on BtoB business model.
