RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track sales orders, reconciling inventory with sales
- Create and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with international standards and those specific to the headquarters in China
- Develop processes to improve the sales database, organize and analyze forecasts and sales orders
- Manage and analyze product pricing to support commercial decisions
- Support tax analysis and price adjustments, collaborating with the tax department
- Optimize customer order tracking (POs), ensuring the resolution of product incidents
- Implement Reverse Logistics operations and a customer support call center
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Administration, Foreign Trade, or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Agribusiness (desirable)
- Strong experience: in similar positions, with strong experience in customer service and management of commercial processes in agribusiness.
- Knowledge: of agribusiness risk management and financial tools
- Language: Advanced English (required)
- Workplace: São Paulo – SP
