Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy nationwide
- Leading, training and developing the sales team in several regions
- Monitoring and evaluating sales results and performance metrics, reporting directly to the CEO
- Managing the sales and investment budget, ensuring the company’s profitability and sustainable growth
- Defining strategies for market access and positioning the portfolio in the country
- Working together with the credit area to manage risk and commercial policies
Requirements
- Education: Agronomy.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA: Desirable in People Management or Agribusiness Management.
- Experiences
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or National Sales Manager in the Agricultural Defenses sector
- Solid knowledge of resellers, distributors, large producers and cooperatives within the most relevant Brazilian agribusiness regions
- Market analysis and market growth strategies
- Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
