Especialista de assuntos regulatórios para personal care – Itupeva/SP

Responsabilidades

• Support business objectives by proactively providing regulatory guidance and information at both substance and product levels to ensure compliance with applicable chemical regulations across the region.
• Proactively monitor regulatory developments (existing and emerging requirements) related to chemical regulations and assess their impact on the company’s business, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Lead or facilitate substance registrations and notifications with regulatory authorities in Mexico, Central America, and South America.
• Represent the company in industry associations and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Prepare all regulatory information and documentation required to support new or modified products in the region.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with regional and global business teams, collaborating closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales/Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Personal Care industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work on-site in Itupeva, São Paulo, Brazil.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • Experience with ANVISA, IBAMA, and Hazard Communication (GHS/SDS)
  • Brazilian Biodiversity, CGen, SisGen, MMA
  • Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to act as a business partner by working closely with the business.
