Responsabilidades
- Avaliar e melhorar a reciclabilidade de materiais e componentes automotivos;
- Colaborar com a equipe de Engenharia de Projeto para desenvolver e integrar materiais recicláveis e sustentáveis (mais baratos), otimizando a gestão de veículos em fim de vida (ELV);
- Suporte à equipe de Engenharia de Projetos para validação de novas propostas de mudança de material, especialmente para redução de custos;
- Liderar Dispositivos de Laboratório de Materiais a serem usados para fornecer desempenho de testes para a Equipe de Engenharia de Projeto (Desenvolvimento de Produto);
- Garantir a conformidade com os regulamentos globais e regionais de produtos químicos, incluindo REACH, RoHS, POPs e outros padrões relevantes;
- Unir esforços com profissionais de ACV para realizar avaliações de ciclo de vida e análises de impacto ambiental;
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para melhorar a recuperação de materiais e a redução de resíduos;
- Ser a referência na regulamentação do MOVER relacionada à Reciclabilidade;
- Realizar previsões frequentes sobre o índice de reciclabilidade para mover a organização a atingir o máximo de benefício fiscal possível em termos de programa MOVER;
- Interações estreitas com ESG, Equipes de Assuntos Corporativos e Matriz, integrando a organização para Reciclabilidade e Conformidade com Regulamentos Químicos.
Requisitos obrigatórios
- Bacharelado ou Mestrado em Engenharia de Materiais, Engenharia Química, Engenharia Ambiental ou áreas afins;
- Experiência comprovada em engenharia de materiais ou química com foco em reciclabilidade e regulação química;
- Forte conhecimento das regulamentações químicas globais e regionais e padrões de reciclagem;
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa entre equipes;
- Paixão pela sustentabilidade e uma abordagem proativa à inovação;
- Habilidades avançadas em Excel e PowerPoint para apoiar a previsão de reciclabilidade e apresentações/relatórios;
- Inglês avançado.
