Responsibilities
- Make frequent visits to the fields, reporting on product performance in line with the manager’s strategy.
- Install and run demonstration areas for the company’s portfolio at major commercial customers.
- Run demonstration areas for use at promotional events.
- Identify and report business opportunities to the commercial department.
- Suggest marketing actions focused on increasing sales of strategic products.
- Promote relationship/outreach actions with stakeholders in the region.
- Generate product performance information at the field level, which will be compiled by the coordinators.
- Assist during technical/commercial training for commercial partners, demonstrating field results at the producer level.
- Contact potential customers to promote the company’s products.
- Provide customer service, providing and receiving information about the performance of the products and services offered, aiming to fully meet their needs.
- Participate in trade shows and events, performing activities related to setting up the event, organizing the booth, and collecting and checking the material at the end of the event.
- Manage, store, and care for materials such as tents, signs, and banners.
Expected experience and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy;
- Postgraduate degree in Agronomy and/or related fields desirable;
- Experience in Plant Nutrition or Application Technology desirable;
- Microsoft Office;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
