- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets; Manage, plan and control B2B processes, propose sales strategies, sales procedures, negotiate contracts, follow up on new business and closed deals; Responsible for all sales objectives, alignment and implementation of strategies and other commercial activities;
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities,
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams;
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends; B2B focused on local and global portfolio strategies;
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and customers to ensure favorable terms.
Sobre você
- Experience: 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the agro industry or related sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of agricultural supply chains and B2B marketing principles.
