Responsabilidades
- Lead and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage, develop, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, cooperatives, and major growers.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional programs tailored to key agricultural regions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support key customers with technical and commercial guidance.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, providing insights to guide product and business decisions.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Agronomist.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Solid and prolonged experience in a similar role in the Crop Protection area.
- Mandatory experience with plant protection products in the last 5 years.
- Proven experience managing large commercial teams and achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Availability for extensive travel across Brazil.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
