Responsabilities
- Targets field activities to key Customer to direct sales “Mega Growers” to build relationships and drive sales.
- Develops and provides agronomic and product education and training to the field sales force supporting the sales and service of products.
- Partners to plan and conduct agronomy field trials improving the product management and/or product positioning.
- Partners with the extended sales team to create and deliver product and digital services information improving the productivity and profitability of Corteva customers.
- Serves as primary agronomic resource to resolve difficult customer concerns.
- Provides technical expertise to sales representatives and customers during the sales process.
- Resolves technical product/service issues.
- Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services.
- Identifies and contributes to developing business opportunities for new products and technologies.
- May provide mentorship or leadership to other agronomy/sales employees or teams.
Requirements
- Experience in Soybean, Corn, Cotton and Sorghum crops.
- Knowledge of the Region.
- Experience in Crop, Seeds and Organic platforms.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technical Assistance for Large Clients.
- Experience in Team Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
