Atividades
- Conduct technical visits and prepare detailed reports for discussion with commercial managers and subsequently with clients.
- Serve as the point of reference for technical queries regarding products within our portfolio, addressing objections and needs arising from clients and the sales team.
- Promotion: Engage in trials, tests, and promotional material development with Marketing. Create or seek information that highlights the distinctive advantages of company products compared to competitive offerings.
- Ensure the accurate correction and technical definition of materials.
- Adhere to Compliance rules for promotion, giveaways, off-label use, and good clinical research practice policies.
- Conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in congresses and deliver presentations.
- Oversee the technical management of EKS tools (HTSi and participate in SAM projects).
- Manage consultants/stakeholders in the market through relationship-building and discussions that contribute to our business.
- Ensure correct and appropriate management of OPEX resources.
- Serve as a technical reference point for company in the market.
- Possess deep knowledge of products within the business unit and manage technical field demands.
- Disseminate information as a member of Global Technical group, contributing to enriching discussions.
- Participate in EMP and collaborate with Marketing and Market Intelligence to gather information that enhances competitiveness.
- Attend external and internal events where product visibility is possible.
- Forge partnerships with company departments (marketing, sales, market intelligence, regulatory, public affairs), universities, suppliers, and service providers to enhance sales efficiency and product visibility.
- Align customer needs across various channels.
- Provide technical training to the team and serve as the reference for launching new products/services and technical matters related to animal health.
- Train the team in annual workshops.
- Monitor the sales team’s performance both physically and remotely.
- Visit clients to offer technical support for initial sales and post-sales service.
- Define annual goals aligned with SMART objectives.
- Familiarize with all policies and maintain 100% updated training (ITP).
- Ensure that all Compliance guidelines are implemented within the day-to-day work routine of both you and your team.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and/or Animal Science;
- Specialization/MBA/Master’s or Doctorate in the relevant field;
- Publications in the scientific community;
- Applied knowledge of statistics;
- Proficiency in IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet, Statistical Software, Adobe);
- Essential: Fluent English (written, read, and spoken);
- Mobility for domestic and international travel;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
