Key Responsibilities

Fieldwork Assistance:
- Support scientific and operational teams in the setup, operation, and maintenance of field experiments and projects.
- Assist with the installation and supervision of equipment for sampling and monitoring.
Sample Collection & Documentation:
- Perform accurate collection of soil samples according to established protocols.
- Maintain thorough records of research activities, sample data, and equipment maintenance to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
Project Execution:
- Assist in executing operational protocols for ERW projects at the farm level.
- Travel regularly to farm sites within the region to provide hands-on support for project implementation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with farmers and team members to ensure protocols are followed and goals are achieved.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of research equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy in experiments.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment and escalate more significant problems when necessary.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with science and operations teams to align field activities with project goals.
- Act as a liaison between field operations and other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Core Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience or education in agronomy, environmental science, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in fieldwork, data collection, or equipment handling.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
