Responsabilidades
- Ensuring that work methods are carried out in accordance with legal and Baker Hughes requirement.
- Conducting hazard identification, risk assessments and audits to identify unsafe conditions during HSE visits carried out in training provider facilities.
- Monitoring and interpret health and safety legislation, standards and guidelines to ensure full compliance with local regulation.
- Designing and deliver strategic health and safety training programs, promote safe work practices, and lead initiatives to foster a strong and mature safety culture among employees.
- Leading incident investigations, to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Acting as primary point of contact for all HSE -related inquires and HSE concerns.
- Maintain records of HSE documents to satisfy legal, Baker Hughes and customer requirement.
- Collecting and reporting HSE data, identifying trends, and supporting the preparation of monthly reports on EHS activities and KPIs.
- Working closely with IET GTS Team and other stakeholders to embed safety into all operations.
- Providing direct support to operations, ensuring alignment and compliance with site-specific and project requirements.
- Managing the inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Attending technical briefing to support service managers.
- Conducting HSE call monthly meeting.
- Revising job safety analysis.
Requisitos
- Have a bachelor’s degree, recognized HSE certifications and show experience in HSE or a related field
- Large experience in Environmental Health and Safety (preferably in the offshore industry)
- Have a thorough understanding of HSE regulations and regulatory process gained from a offshore environment
- Be familiar with waste handling requirements, hazard communication standards, risk identification and mitigation
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
- Have experience in HSE Management Systems, Auditing and Root Cause investigation techniques
- Be able to mentor, manage and facilitate safety champions program within manufacturing locations
- Be able to guide, manage and facilitate the safety champions program across different workplaces.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Office tools
- Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Available for domestic travel.
