Responsabilidades
- Manage complex accounts, including large national and multinational companies, ensuring strong customer relationships and consistent sales performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, negotiate the introduction of new products and expand the portfolio.
- Lead commercial relationships, acting as the main point of contact to understand customer needs and align them with empresa solutions.
- Implement business plans for the pet food segment, proposing strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Monitor market conditions, competition, and product performance, providing proactive insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze account profitability and potential, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, animal science, or related fields.
- Fluent english and advanced spanish, with frequent interaction with global teams and operations across south america.
- Experience in commercial roles, preferably in pet food.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with major industry players.
- Strong business acumen and a 360° view of the business, connecting commercial, financial, and operational aspects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, helping to shape the next phase of the business.
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and flexibility to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50–60%) across south america.
