Responsabilidades

Execute the PV&V activities for new PDP Precision Upgrades seeding and crop care equipment programs.
Organize and support engineering builds at empresa facilities, offsite locations, dealerships, and customer farms.
Work with a cross function team (design, marketing, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to execute test plans that will deliver products that meet product reliability goals, utilizing the appropriate PV&V tools to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with product family teams to share experiences and gain knowledge to implement Precision Upgrades solutions.

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Advanced English (broad vocabulary, good grammar, ability to lead meetings, argue, negotiate and train).
- Experience in Design or PV&V.
- Experience with PDP or CI processes.
- Familiarity with JD Vision and problem resolution tools.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Engineering experience with more than one product family.
- Experience executing activities for complex technical problems.
- Experience executing PDP tasks related to a PV&V plan.
- Product engineering experience in off-road equipment product design.
