R&D field coordinator – Campinas/SP

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute field trials and demo plots for CAC products in Brazi
• Drive innovation technologies concepts, new ideas and lead project development implementation
• Design protocols, select trial sites, manage samples, analyze data and prepare technical reports
• Build strong relationships with researchers, consultants and key technical partners
• Support product positioning and technical communication strategies through training, brochures and field events
• Train internal teams and clients in technical aspects

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Agronomic Engineering or related field
• Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
• Knowledge and Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian agribusiness and crop protection practices
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data analysis tools
  • Analytical mindset, hands-on profile, and strong communication skills
  • Availability to travel and conduct field activities across Brazil
