Main Functions
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate distributors sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Budget Management: Oversee regional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Guarantee quality standards for products usage.
- Conduct technical and commercial trainnings.
- Develop new business and customers.
Technical skills
- Veterinary Medicine, Agronomic Engineering or Animal Science degree
- Desirable nowkledge and relationship with feed industries and regional coops
- Intermediate English (minimum)

General criteria
- Must be available to travel 50% – 70% for business
- Live in Passo Fundo / Chapecó
