Responsabilities
- Manage retrofit forecasts by developing business plans and effectively monitoring orders to increase sales in the operational region.
- Administer retrofit sales contracts with dealers, ensuring accuracy in pricing and efficiency in shipments.
- Promote and expand the Precision Planting brand, using retrofit sales as the primary business channel.
- Supervise the technical and agronomic validation of new products, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Provide training to dealers to optimize the installation and technical performance of the products, highlighting their agronomic value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge in Agronomy, including planting quality, plant evaluation, and field experimentation, with a focus on operation and technical expertise, especially with planters, as well as tractors and agricultural machinery in general.
- Experience in sales, with the ability to promote and expand the brand in the market. Capacity to identify growth opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and manage the sales funnel.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics, and equipment installation, as well as skills to operate embedded technologies.
- Fluent in English.
