Registration coordinator – São Paulo/SP

Responsabilidades

• Act in the operational routine of Regulatory Affairs within the crop protection segment.
• Perform regulatory maintenance of products and monitor existing registrations.
• Execute state registration processes.
• Conduct importer and formulator inclusion processes.
• Compile regulatory submissions according to applicable requirements.
• Interface with regulatory authorities such as MAPA, ANVISA, IBAMA, and state agencies.
• Review product labels, promotional materials, and technical documentation.
• Support external audits and regulatory compliance processes.
• Maintain procedures related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in internal audit programs.
• Interface with international headquarters and global regulatory demands.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Education in Agronomy, Biology or Chemical Engineering.
  • Advanced English.
  • Regulatory Affairs experience within the crop protection segment.
  • Regulatory maintenance of products.
  • State registration processes.
  • Importer and formulator inclusion.
  • Preparation and management of regulatory dossiers.
  • Interface with MAPA, ANVISA and IBAMA.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Phytosanitary Management.
