Responsabilidades

Monitor Brazilian pesticide regulatory policies and ANVISA and MAPA requirements, developing compliant registration strategies.
Lead the full cycle of pesticide registration projects, including dossier preparation, submission, follow-up, new registrations, renewals, formula and label modifications, and expansion registrations.
Coordinate internal R&D, production, and technical teams to consolidate GLP studies, efficacy data, and environmental safety documentation.
Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, consulting firms, and testing organizations, ensuring the efficient progress of registration projects.
Conduct and support regulatory risk assessments in compliance with the latest ANVISA requirements and IBAMA environmental risk assessment requirements.
Identify and resolve technical and regulatory issues, ensuring compliance, project continuity, and timely delivery.

Education in Agronomy, Pharmacy & Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in Toxicology.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Solid experience in pesticide registration in Brazil.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Brazilian pesticide registration process and applicable MAPA and ANVISA requirements.
Experience in the preparation, organization, submission, and follow-up of regulatory dossiers.
Experience with new product registrations, renewals, formula and label modifications, and expansion registrations.
Knowledge of ANVISA risk assessment requirements and IBAMA environmental risk assessment.
Ability to independently prepare professional regulatory documents and conduct official business communication.
Strong policy sensitivity, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage registration projects and work effectively under pressure.
