Responsabilidades
- Act as a member of the Safety & Health or Environment Pillar, applying methodologies, analyzing losses, and proposing improvements, strategies, and working groups.
- Participate in routines, audits, and training of TAAP (Advanced High-Performance Team), reporting indicators.
- Support the management of HSE legal requirements, including applicability analysis and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Participate in internal and external IMS (Integrated Management System) audits, support leadership as backup, and address non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
- Inspect areas, facilities, and equipment, ensuring compliance, identifying risks (including ergonomic), and supporting risk analysis.
- Ensure the proper functioning of firefighting systems, including inspections, drills, and participation in the emergency brigade.
- Evaluate and approve JSAs (Job Safety Analysis) for non-routine activities and support updates of risk assessments, ensuring correct classification and mitigation.
- Manage incidents, support investigations, evaluate effectiveness, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct behavioral observations, analyze data, and drive improvements with a focus on trends.
- Support safety campaigns and participate in activities and meetings of CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident and Harassment Prevention).
- Deliver training based on NR (Regulatory Standards) and conduct safety and environmental inductions focusing on key tools and concepts.
- Promote a preventive culture through ongoing campaigns and programs related to occupational accidents and diseases.
- Ensure proper use of PPE according to NR-6, keeping records up to date.
- Ensure effective application of safety and environmental tools.
- Manage the creation and revision of documents in the Process Centre system.
- Support environmental management of LAIA (Environmental Aspects and Impacts Assessment), as well as waste classification, disposal, and document control.
- Manage SIGOR (State System for Online Solid Waste Management) and environmental suppliers, including auditing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) suppliers and maintaining updated documentation.
- Support inspections by authorities and audits, ensuring licenses and legal compliance.
- Define, monitor, and report HSE indicators, analyzing results and maintaining corporate communication.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Engineering or Chemistry).
- Technical qualification in Environmental Studies, Occupational Safety Technician, or Safety Engineering is desirable.
- Training in HSE management is a plus.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, advanced/fluency in English, solid knowledge of safety and environmental tools, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in developing Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions will be considered a plus.
- Communicative and trustworthy professional, with a conciliatory profile, proactive in anticipating problems, flexible and dynamic in teamwork, with the ability for informal leadership and strong organizational and planning skills.
