Responsabilidades
- Define and lead the DS/PH innovation strategy, aligned with regional and global priorities, identifying market trends, unmet needs and growth opportunities by application, technology, and segment.
- Drive portfolio and lifecycle management, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest impact on growth, margin, and differentiation, in close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Supply.
- Act as sponsor of strategic innovation projects, from ideation through development and commercialization, ensuring technical, regulatory and commercial feasibility.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the commercial team and key accounts, supporting complex negotiations, value propositions and customized projects, while engaging directly with strategic customers.
- Lead, develop and manage the team of Account Managers, ensuring strong performance, clear account strategies, customer focus, and alignment with the overall growth and value‑creation agenda, while exercising transversal leadership and influencing without direct authority to mobilize multifunctional teams and contribute to talent development through knowledge sharing and strategic guidance.
- Ensure alignment between regional and global priorities, preparing and presenting business cases, roadmaps, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Requisitos
- Solid experience in DS, Pharma, ingredients, nutrition, or related fields, with a proven track record in innovation, business development, and portfolio management or strategic marketing.
- Previous experience in matrixed and multicultural environments, with interaction with global stakeholders.
- Experience in people management and business strategy, with visibility into profitability, portfolio strategy, and pricing.
- Strong understanding of DS/PH markets, regulatory dynamics, and innovation and product development processes.
- Strong analytical capability for opportunity assessment, business case development, and strategic prioritization.
- Strategic and future-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders, clear and executive communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, high autonomy, resilience, and the ability to deal with pressure and ambiguity.
