Responsabilidades
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts in the corn ethanol industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute channel management strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and market coverage across Brazil.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical and production teams) to address customer needs and drive sales performance.
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the industrial enzyme sector, contributing to business growth plans.
Requisitos
- Professional Background: have experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.
- Skills: Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the corn ethanol industry is an added advantage.
- Education & Technical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree, A technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions with clients.
- Cultural Fit: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Open to frequent traveling up to 50%.
