Responsabilidades
- Drive new account acquisition and expand market presence in the designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or Biology.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the diagnostics or life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time to client sites, 20% for strategic sales planning, and 20% for administrative tasks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Prior experience selling diagnostic or laboratory equipment/reagents.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare market in the Northeast region of Brazil.
