Responsabilidades
- Comply and implement the company’s processes and systems.
- Sales Plan Execution: Execute the business strategy and annual plan developed by the department, focus on business opportunities and organize resources to achieve annual sales budget and profit budget.
- Market development: according to the department’s business development strategy and sales objectives, cooperate with relevant departments to organize and implement the regional market development plan and specific implementation plan, and promote the promotion of the company and product brand. Understand the dynamics of customer needs, tap potential customers, and track customer development to achieve continuous growth in the company’s market share.
- Customer relationship maintenance: according to the needs of the department’s business development, establish smooth customer communication channels by organizing and arranging customers to visit the company, visiting and communicating. Responsible for visiting important customers in the region, keep abreast of customer requirements, handle customer objections and complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction and establish long-term, good and stable customer relationships.
- Customer service: According to the company’s customer service regulations and product characteristics, through communication with technical support, research and development, production and other relevant departments, coordinate product trial, technical support and other work to improve customer satisfaction with products and company services.
- Sales expense control: comply with the company’s sales expense management regulations and the sales department’s expense budget indicators to control sales expenses.
- Collaborative communication: Establish necessary cross-departmental business contacts and communication to ensure timely information sharing and delivery.
- Others: Complete temporary important tasks assigned by superiors.
Requisitos
- At least BSc. in Biochemical or Bioengineering or any relevant fields with minimum 5 years working experience in enzyme industry.
- Master the basic knowledge of all products and services of the company and understand the company’s operation mode.
- Good sales etiquette, able to better grasp the customer’s psychology, understand and can effectively use sales skills.
- Able to think from the customer’s point of view, strong sales ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills, calm, initiative and responsible.
- High work enthusiasm, good team work spirit.
- Strong ability to resist pressure and learning ability.
