Responsabilidades
- Coordinate the planning and day-to-day implementation of sustainability project.
- Organize project meetings, trainings, and field visits, and ensure follow-up on action points.
- Ensure resources and contributions from project partners are triggered in a timely manner to avoid delays in achieving milestones.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and comprehensive progress and financial reports for management, clients, and donors.
- Provide coordination support to field officers and ensure consistency in project delivery.
- Other related duties.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Over 3 years of experience coordinating and reporting on projects in agriculture, sustainability, or rural development.
- Experience with project monitoring, data collection, and reporting to donors or client.
- Strong coordinator, organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to synthesize data and prepare clear, accurate reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
- Training in project management, monitoring & evaluation, or sustainability standards is an advantage.
