Sustainability project coordinator – Varginha/MG

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the planning and day-to-day implementation of sustainability project.
• Organize project meetings, trainings, and field visits, and ensure follow-up on action points.
• Ensure resources and contributions from project partners are triggered in a timely manner to avoid delays in achieving milestones.
• Prepare timely, accurate, and comprehensive progress and financial reports for management, clients, and donors.
• Provide coordination support to field officers and ensure consistency in project delivery.
• Other related duties.

Requisitos

• QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
  • Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Over 3 years of experience coordinating and reporting on projects in agriculture, sustainability, or rural development.
  • Experience with project monitoring, data collection, and reporting to donors or client.
  • Strong coordinator, organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data and prepare clear, accurate reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
• QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS
  • Training in project management, monitoring & evaluation, or sustainability standards is an advantage.
