Responsabilidades
- Train distributor commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.
- Conduct sales activities either through distributors or directly via empresa, depending on the business model.
- Promote the empresa brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
- Gather and report market insights from the region to support strategic planning and decision-making allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and adaptation of new products for the local market.
- Represent empresa at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
- Degree in agronomy.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- English is desirable intermediate level.
- Mandatory to live in Rio Verde – GO; Primavera do Leste – MT e Querência/Canarana – MT- Goias and Mato Grosso State.
