Atividades

• Apply and conduct the Operational Improvement training for experienced operators and environment for newly contracted operators in the area of ​​forest harvesting, focusing the entire operational part of the equipment and processes, transmitting technical information, seeking to increase productivity with quality and safety, and how to use appropriate methodologies that meet the needs of the target public, in order to keep the technical staff and operators developed, preparing reports on the applied trainings.
• Conduct in the field the Training of Trainee Machine Operators, monitoring in the field the development of these new machine operators, managing productivity and presenting reports.
• To monitor the results obtained after training in quality, productivity, operational efficiency, seeking to identify and correct failures and propose the improvement of employees, as well as to measure learning situations aiming at a better professional performance.
• Understand the dynamics of forest operational processes, contributing to their improvement by redesigning the processes and training of the teams in order to maximize operational results.
• Apply Time and Movement Study to raise information for the Standard Operator’s elaboration of operation and follow-up of tests and operational experiments.
• Test new equipment and existing equipment, in relation to the consumption of lubricants and fuel, capacity and durability of the material.
• Keep in mind the market practices (benchmarking), in order to bring improvements to the operational process.
• Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
